Ho´oponopono, el arte de “borrar” problemas
Es un antiguo arte hawaiano de resolución de problemas. Es una filosofía de vida basada en lo espiritual cuyo objetivo es es traer paz y equilibro de manera simple y efectiva mediante la limpieza mental y física, a través de un proceso de reequiibrio, reconciliación y perdón.
La palabra Ho'oponopono significa “enmendar”, “corregir un error”. Si deseás cambiar algo, primero tienes que tomar conciencia responsabilizarte (no culpa) de las emociones, pensamientos y memorias “erróneas” en ti que han creado esa realidad para poder borrar y crear así el espacio vacío para llenarlo con la información y respuesta correcta. Ho'oponopono nos vuelve al vacío, a cero, a nuestra condición natural, donde la Inspiración (Amor) puede aparecer en nuestra vida y guiarnos.
